Donating to Wellbeing in the Weald

Payment via Mobile Phone

Wellbeing in the Weald was founded in 2019 by local GP, Dr Dineli Charlesworth. Dr Charlesworth had experienced an increasing number of people coming into surgery who were struggling with life for a variety of different reasons, but medication wasn't the answer.

There was clearly a need for an alternative avenue of support and a 'Town Hall' meeting was set up to see if there was an interest from local people to set up a charity for this purpose - and to help run it. From that, Wellbeing in the Weald was established.

Like all small charities, funds are crucial for us to be able to offer activities on an ongoing basis. Therefore any amount, either small or large, would be hugely appreciated to help the existing work that the charity does, as well as offering additional activities in the future. We also aim to be able to reach out to more people, in the wider community and the more rural village areas going forwards. Thank you for anything you are able to give, every penny helps to improve the lives of local people.
