Promoting health and wellbeing to build a stronger community
Wellbeing in the Weald is a small local charity offering support and activities to people living in Cranbrook (Kent) and the surrounding villages. The charity primarily supports those who are finding life difficult, whether through loss, loneliness, depression, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We provide activities to enhance and improve people's lives by:
-
creating new friendships with others
-
having chats with volunteers and other local people
-
providing activities that get people out and about
-
offering light exercise with others
-
connecting people more with nature
-
supplying opportunities to learn new skills
-
providing a hot soup lunch weekly in winter
-
affording shared experiences and outings

We run a range of activities every week that you can come along and participate in. All of our regular activities are free of charge, unless indicated otherwise on the details page. We so however welcome any voluntary donations. Click on each to find out more.
