With Spring approaching and the night time frosts disappearing, May is the ideal time to get planting after the frosts are finally behind us. Spending time planting flowers and vegetables in the spring in borders and patio pots rewards us with a wonderful display of colour over the summer and into the autumn, as well as cut flowers for the house.
We will have a good range of plants for sale, both seedlings and more established plants. We will also have a small selection of vegetable plants. We would also be very grateful to receive any donated plants beforehand, should you have any surplus seedlings or cuttings from your own garden.
We will also be offering tea and coffee and delicious home made cakes on the day to sit and enjoy in the garden. All proceeds on the day go to Wellbeing in the Weald.
